FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If an item is in stock in our retail store and your order is placed before 1 pm during normal business hours, it will be packaged the same day and shipped out the following day. If your order is placed after 1 pm it will be packaged the following day. If it's drop-shipped from our vendor the handling time may vary.
If you order items from more than one vendor, and we do not have them in stock in our retail store, you will get a package from each vendor.
As soon as your order is placed we will either pull in-stock items from our shelves, or place your order with our vendor. As soon as that's completed your order will be marked fulfilled. Once the package is shipped from either our store, or our vendor, we'll update the tracking number on your order.

If your items are shipped outside the state of Kansas you will not be charged tax on your order. If you have ICC tax exemption, an agricultural tax exemption, are a government agency, or a school, you will have to first create an account. Once your account is created either message us directly from our site or call us at 785-460-8785 during normal business hours and we can mark your account as tax exempt. There is a form you will need to fill out one time. After that as long as you are logged in to your account your future orders will not be taxed.
Our free shipping policy changes from time to time depending on the current sales we are running. The banner on our home page lists the current shipping special, if we have one. Items not eligible for free shipping are: Grill Guards, Exhaust, Bumpers, & Fenders. (All free shipping orders will be shipped in the most cost efficient method. Expedited shipments will be charged freight.)

We are working very hard to get all the items we carry online, but there are so many it takes time. Unfortunately, we don't have the space to carry everything we sell online in our store. Items that are not in stock will drop ship from the manufacturer straight to your door. Currently some manufacturers are backed up and as a result some products are on backorder. Yes! We have a full service department that does repairs and installs everything we sell. We will do our best to work you in without an appointment, but we recommend calling ahead and getting on the schedule.
If the item you are returning is not an item we normally carry in our retail store, a restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.
